A straightforward look at our testing references, quality checks, and retail policies — so you know what to expect before you order.
Diagnostic and monitoring devices in our catalog are evaluated against the accuracy and performance ranges published by their manufacturers, and we cross-check those figures against recognized consumer-device testing references before a listing goes live.
Every order passes through the same checks, regardless of category.
Devices and supplies are checked against the listing's specifications on arrival, before they're added to available stock.
Sterile or sealed items — wound care, dressings, kits — are checked for intact packaging before shipment.
Temperature-sensitive supplies are stored and shipped within the ranges specified by the manufacturer.
Product copy is reviewed against source specifications to keep descriptions and safety notes accurate and current.
Each order is checked against the original order details for item, quantity, and condition before it leaves the warehouse.
Eligible returns are inspected on arrival and processed separately from new incoming stock.
Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–6 business days. Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more; orders under that amount include a flat $6.99 shipping charge, shown at checkout.
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. For hygiene reasons, opened wound care, dressing, and personal-use items cannot be returned unless defective.
Contact our support desk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Orders can be changed or canceled before they enter the shipping queue. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under our standard returns policy instead.
